Small and Large moisture inspections

    We will schedule an inspection with the first available senior technician or project manager. Depending on their schedule, this may take 1-2 days. This option is best for non-emergency situations. 

    If you have visible water, call us right away. We'll send a team member to your property as fast as possible. The quicker we can stop or remove the water, the faster we can begin drying your property. 

   An inspection may cost up to $200+GST depending on size.

    An inspection provides a cost-effective way to obtain a detailed scope of work, associated costs, and comprehensive documentation. This empowers you to make an informed decision and ask questions before committing to the project. Additionally, an inspection may help get an otherwise denied insurance claim covered. Furthermore, the inspection process accounts for an average of 1 hour plus associated paperwork, ensuring you avoid the typical hourly charges of a dispatch.

   This report comes as a PDF and can be shared with your insurance, friend, or another contractor. You paid for this report, thus it is yours to have and use as you see fit.

    If you proceed with our recommendations and hire us to complete the work, we will apply the cost of the inspection to your final invoice as a deposit.

    The duration of our inspections can vary widely, from as little as 30 minutes for a simple ceiling stain, to up to 2 hours for a more complex assessment like an old water loss in a basement. While we aim to conduct inspections during normal business hours, we understand that taking time off work may not always be feasible for you. In those cases, we're happy to review alternative options that better accommodate your busy schedule.
